Your First Visit
During your first visit, Dr. Thanos Dounis or Dr. Christos Gousias will meet with you to review your medical and dental history. Next, the dental assistant will take you to the treatment room, where your vitals are recorded. After a thorough oral evaluation and clinical photographs, your periodontist will review the findings with you and educate you about all conditions that have been diagnosed.
Afterwards, they will formulate a treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have. If needed, your periodontist will meet with your general dentist to coordinate a comprehensive plan for you, and you will be scheduled for a treatment conference, a few weeks after your first visit.

While we are not in-network with insurance companies, we will happily submit a file for you, and if your insurance accepts the claim, you will receive a refund check in the mail from your insurance company.
